The Water Sports Center is located close to Caye Reef Condo's on the main drag of Caye Caulker heading towards the Split. They offer a wide variety of water sports at reasonable rates.
These guys can be seen most days kite-surfing as long as the wind is favorable. On calm days, one is more inclined to water ski which is exactly what I did. 
I managed to get up and ski even after a 15 years lapse & I
have the pictures to prove it!! At the age of 42, all I could think of was please don't break some bones here baby girl, you have no health insurance.(Ski photos - courtesy of Tania Zorilla Gonzalez)
